Sunrise Charitable Trust has put forward a donation refund policy to ensure transparency in dealing donation refund requests. Sunrise Charitable Trust expects that all donors should exercise accuracy and diligence while making donations.

Once the donation is made it will be refunded only on pertinent grounds that the crediting of the donation was erroneously made or donors may change their mind. Proper explanation and reason from the donors is mandatory.

Refund request must contain the details such as Date of donation, Amount of donation, Mode of donation such as Credit card, Online payment, Cheques, Draft and UPI. The application should reach Sunrise Charitable Trust within 7 (seven) days from the date on which the donation is made.

• The date on which the donation is made electronically or through other means OR
• The date on which you handed over the cheque / demand draft to Sunrise Charitable Trust.
• The date on which you despatched the cheque / demand draft to Sunrise Charitable Trust.

The refund process may take time 7 to 30 working days depending on the availability of the information from the concerned tie ups such as Payment Gateway, Banks through which the transaction is done.
